I dropped out of community college when I was 20. I had a little graphics training, and started working in the San Antonio graphic design market.
I eventually got lucky and found myself in the position of Art Director for the third largest eyewear retail corporation in the U.S.. It was a great job, but due to the extremely high volume of advertising it was fairly non-creative.
I went back to school and even though I had planned to not work, I?ve ended up working as a designer again for a great company in Lubbock throughout my university education. |
